Manager, Client Services
Verilogue is seeking a self-motivated Manager who will be responsible for:
- Deriving and analyzing physician-patient insights to answer client-specific research objectives
- Creating and delivering strategic reports and presentations
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through delivery of superior customer insights
- Supporting multiple client projects and on-going selling efforts
- Coordinating with internal and external research partners
- Participating in product development and corporate strategy meetings
Position Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing and leading market research and/or marketing projects
- Proven project management skills and ability to deliver multiple projects under tight timelines
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative projects a plus
- Strong organizational and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize, handle and oversee projects from inception through completion
- History of selling experience a plus
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions preferred, but not required
- Minimum four (4) year degree required
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
