Director, Client Services
Verilogue is seeking a self-motivated Director who will be responsible for:
- Leading the sales effort as part of a team to sell new clients and up sell existing clients
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through delivery of superior customer insights
- Leading client projects
- Managing and training other team members
- Creating and delivering reports and presentations which address client issues
- Participating in product development and corporate strategy meetings
Position Requirements
- 8+ years experience managing and leading market research and/or marketing projects
- Proven project management skills and ability to deliver multiple projects under tight timelines
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Experience designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative projects
- Linguistic and/or ethnography research experience a plus
- Proven relationship building and organizational skills
- History of selling experience is required
- Experience in leading teams and managing, coaching and developing people
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions preferred, but not required
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical company is a plus
- Minimum four (4) year degree required; computer and Internet proficiency
